Kemie built brand new company premises in 2017. The new production site has a 8200m2 hall and around 1400m2 of offices, including loft. The building itself features many applications of Kemie surfaces.
We have colour samples of our current range in stock, and we can also show you larger slabs. You are more than welcome at our site by appointment during office hours. Our opening times are Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 16:30. Make an appointment by phone on 088-2626400 or via email: sales@kemie.nl.
Current measures due to Coronavirus (COVID-19):
Visits to Kemie are possible. We follow RIVM (The Netherlands National Institute for Public Health and the Environment) guidelines to make sure the visit is safe for you and our colleagues. We would like to ask you to take the following into account:
- Make an appointment and keep to the agreed time
- No more than 2 visitors per appointment (no children and no pets)
- Please do not visit if you have any symptoms of cold and flu
- Please ensure you keep a 1.5-metre distance

My worktop
Before using your new kitchen worktops, please read the maintenance booklet carefully and – if recommended – treat/impregnate the surface.
Specific cleaning for each material and surface finish is described in detail in the maintenance booklet supplied. You can also find these booklets below the various materials, where they can be downloaded as a PDF.
If you have a complaint, please tell your kitchen retailer. Please make sure to add pictures and the order number (if possible) to your complaint.
Stone varieties with a honed, letano or anticato surface are usually more prone to staining. Unfortunately, this is a characteristic of the material and how it’s processed. Our experience is that the susceptibility to stains reduced after a few months.
If you used the Kemie Cleaner or another thorough and powerful cleaner, your surface may become more dull. This is due to the strength of the cleaner. Our advice is to clean and polish the entire surface. The glossy finish will return eventually.
Luckily, the answer is ‘yes’ in most cases. Email the order number and a picture of the damage to service@kemie.nl and we will send you a suitable repair suggestion.

If the maintenance product is not available from the web shop, we would like to refer you to the cleaner currently recommended for your material/surface finish.
Samples cannot be returned. However, maintenance products can be returned. Please use the withdrawal form to cancel the sale within 14 days. Please make sure you treat the product and its packaging carefully during this time.
